Sonja Neubauer
In the conception and (business) facilitation of strategy and leadership workshops, Sonja Neubauer relies on varied methods. With ample dynamism, she uses her project and communication experience to activate and motivate groups. Loosened up by team development and design thinking elements, her workshops are characterized by creativity, spontaneity and appealing visualization. Sonja Neubauer is a certified change manager (IMCM), a systemic (team) coach and has been Scrum certified several times.
Melanie Schmid
Through her many years of experience in consulting and training companies, Melanie Schmid has extensive expertise in the areas of process optimization (including with the help of process mining technologies), quality management and lean approaches. Currently, her focus is on process improvements in the course of the digital transformation, where she has successfully worked with both corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises across sectors.
Kristof D`haeyere
Both in the founding of LEITWERK Consulting GmbH, where Kristof D'haeyere is still active today as Managing Director, and in other personal and professional initiatives, his pragmatic and structured determination is a source of energy that has a contagious effect. These qualities, coupled with over 10 years of consulting experience in large corporations, are the perfect prerequisite for bringing agile working methods to life. In his strategy workshops and trainings, the focus is always on concrete implementation.
Sebastian Linder
With practical experience, enthusiasm for the further development of companies and his high social competence, Sebastian Linder has been advising our clients for more than 8 years in a trustworthy and convincing manner across numerous projects. His main focus is on strategic and operational process management, process optimization and the development of integrated management systems. Sebastian Linder is a certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), QMB, Scrum Master (PSM I) and Product Owner (PSPO I) and additionally holds certifications for Information Security Management (ISO 27001) and IT Security.
Jakob Pustet
Since his start at LEITWERK Consulting, Jakob Pustet has built up his knowledge mainly in the field of process consulting. Because of his enthusiasm for this area, his focus is to work with the customer to develop solutions through the application of creative ideas to analyze existing business operations, identify vulnerabilities and gain approaches for process optimization. In doing so, he emphasizes the need to integrate the use of lean approaches and continuous improvements in order to effectively and long-termly anchor process management, thereby generating real value for the company.
Julia Hinze
Through her versatile experience in both classic and agile project contexts, Julia is keen to share and pass on her project management knowledge. With a lot of dedication and creativity, she uses diverse and varied methods to develop, counteract and anchor theory and practice of classical, agile and hybrid project management in small groups. In doing so, she is very careful to adapt and align the specific training content to the individual needs and contexts of the customer: internally. In particular, she brings a lot of experience in the conduct of digital training and the use of appropriate and supporting tools. Julia is a certified Scrum Master (PSM 1), Product Owner (PSPO) and IPMA Level D certificate holder.
Florian Kröger
In his career, Florian Kröger has designed and facilitated numerous leadership workshops. In addition, Florian is a reliable sparring partner for various executives. During his start-up time, he adopted the agile way of working according to SCRUM, among others, and he later introduced and applied it as a consultant for corporations. With his clients, he is consistently faced with the challenge of effectively implementing agile working methods in corporations instead of merely exchanging terminology.
Katja Supp-Zesewitz
As a pioneer in the pedagogical field and qualified (team) coach (CAS/ISO/ICI), Katja Supp-Zesewitz introduces a systemic approach to the cooperation, in which she supports the development of sustainable solutions in the area of organizational, managerial and team development. In the moderation of workshops, she always keeps the individual objectives, the individuality of the participants and a varied mix of methods in focus. Katja Supp-Zesewitz brings methodology and expertise from her experience environment into agile and classic projects, which she has accompanied as a certified Scrum Master (PSM I) and LeSS Practitioner.
Luisa Elsesser
The workshops and trainings with Luisa are marked by clarity and results orientation – she is able to understand themes in depth, to see the whole and to link several thoughts to create new things. It is important for her that individual measures are developed jointly in a team, and she can provide targeted impulses through her wide-ranging experience in strategic and organizational development projects. Thanks to her certifications in the fields of Agility (PSM I, PSPO I), Communication and Coaching (NLP Practitioner and Master after DVNLP, Lateral Leadership) and Design Thinking (Social Entrepreneurship Academy), she achieves a good balance between analytics, creativity and empathy in her trainings and workshops.
