In our two-day Leading SAFe ®6 (SA) training, licensed by Scaled Agile Inc., we teach you the comprehensive basics of the Scaled Agile Framework ® and its principles. You will learn how the collaboration of several agile teams can be designed, which roles are necessary to build an agile organization and how these promote continuous development in the SAFe® framework.

Through practical exercises, the training not only teaches the relevant skills required to support and implement PI Planning Events, but also teaches how multiple Agile Release Trains can be effectively coordinated. With our Leading SAFe® training, we prepare you optimally for certification as a SAFe® 6 Agilist.

Target audience

The training is aimed at managers, change managers, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches as well as Product Owners who play a key role in the introduction of SAFe® in their organizations.

Requirements

We require a basic understanding of agile working. Agile certification is recommended.

Certification

  • The training prepares specifically for the SAFe® 6 Agilist certificate
  • The exam must be taken within the first 30 days after completion of the Leading SAFe® training at Scaled Agile Inc. (online)
  • The costs of the exam are included in the training costs
  • In the exam, at least 80% of the 45 questions must be answered correctly within 90 minutes
