Phases

Julia Hinze

Senior Consultant

Due to her versatile experience in the classic and agile project context, Julia is keen to share and pass on her project management knowledge. With a lot of commitment and creativity, she uses different and varied methods to develop, compare and anchor the theory and practice of classic, agile and hybrid project management in small groups. In doing so, she is very careful to adapt and align the specific training content with the individual needs and contexts of the client. In particular, she brings a lot of experience in conducting digital training and using appropriate and supporting tools. Julia is a certified Scrum Master (PSM 1), Product Owner (PSPO) and IPMA Level D certificate holder.
