With the help of clear responsibilities and interfaces in the departments and teams to be involved, we ensure goal-oriented collaboration across organisational boundaries. LACE leaders, change agents and team members identify challenges and use the jointly planned and coordinated measures to ensure that the transformation can be organised effectively and sustainably. To achieve this, the necessary support from the company management must be ensured and information on the progress of the implementation must be provided on the basis of structured metrics.

With extensive training in the area of agile methods and complex frameworks, the practical formats of the LEITWERK Academy enable the development of expertise in LACE teams. In addition to the standardised training courses, our individual coaching formats support the holistic development of managers and teams in order to develop the necessary mindsets and patterns of action in the LACE team, which are of fundamental importance for long-term SAFe® implementation.

Using a launch readiness assessment, we derive effective strategies to increase the readiness of all stakeholders, ensuring a successful launch of the first ART.
