Scrum Trainings

Are you working in project management, project assistance, sub-project or team management and would like to get to know Scrum from the core idea down to the last detail or simply refresh your agile understanding?

Our Scrum training courses introduce you to the basics of the Scrum framework, even if you have no prior knowledge. Depending on your preference, you will be optimally prepared for the Scrum Master or Product Owner exam at an internationally recognized agile institution. As an option, you can then take the exam for a certificate directly online.

Scrum certifications - training materials

You will receive the following documents as part of the Scrum training:

  • Handout, including Scrum Guide
  • Sample questions (specially developed for the training)
  • Links to exam preparation literature and other resources

The handout consists of the slides shown in the training including the sample questions and an appendix with Scrum Guide and glossary to clarify terms. It contains all important further links and information. The training language and materials are available in German or English. The examination language is English. If the training is conducted in German, key terms are explained and translated for better understanding.
